We are happy to exchange your goods, but will not offer a refund unless we have misled you with false information to the product. Special orders must be prepaid in full with no return option unless the product is faulty.
If your order is a line of clothing that does not fit, we are happy to exchange the product with another size or another product (all freight charges are the customer’s responsibility). We will work with you to try and get it right the first time. However, sizing online can be a very difficult and we cannot guarantee to get it right.
